Don't let the fat get on the meat - by cooking the meat on the grill or wire rack you can avoid getting the fat on the meat.

To make a lamburger - cook it like hamburger- let the fat drip off.

Add A- 1 sauce and it will taste like beef.

For Stew meat - boil the meat and pour off all the water then make the soup stock by using beef broth or tomato juice.

For Leg of Lamb- place it on a rack and in the pan so fat drips off.
