CASA Volunteers needed Featured

San Bois CASA, Inc. recruits and trains community volunteers to advocate for abuse and neglected children in juvenile court. Anyone interested in becoming a CASA Volunteer can attend the next training date on July 17, 2018 starting at 1pm at the KiBois Building located at 204 Wall Street in Poteau.

CASA stands for Court Appoint Child Advocate - Serving Children in LeFlore, Haskell, Latimer & Pittsburg Counties.


San Bois CASA, Inc. is a member of the National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association and an active member of Oklahoma CASA. San Bois CASA has been in operation since 2006, and is a 501(c)3 non-profit social service agency, governed by a board of directors.

There are currently 3 part-time employees who support more than 27 volunteers.


Please note that San Bois CASA serves children only after being appointed to the legal case by court order.
