OSBI Offers Reward in Pittsburg Co. 2016 Homicide Case Featured

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public’s help solving a year-old homicide in Pittsburg County.

 

February 26, 2016, 30-year-old Nathan David Scoggins was found dead in his home at 36 Last Resort Road near Longtown.

 

He died from a gunshot wound.

 

A family member found Scoggins and contacted the sheriff’s office.

 

The Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI special agents assist with the investigation. Agents have numerous pieces of possible evidence and have conducted dozens of interviews.

 

Agents believe this case can be solved with addition information.

 

The OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for such information.
