RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the women’s tennis player of the week for the 10th week of the 2025 season. Ouachita Baptist’s Sadbaroy Kholdarova and Southeastern Oklahoma State’s Carol Mora shared the honor.

Kholdarova extended her win streak in singles play to six after she collected straight-set victories against Maryville’s Nazli Saka and William Jewell’s Gwyn Gifford. She improved to 14-1 at No. 1 in the spring. She paired with Natalia Zamora for two wins at No. 1 doubles. The Tigers split the two contests.

#theGAC WOMEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Carol Mora, Sr., Southeastern Oklahoma State, Ibaque, Colombia
Mora moved to 9-3 in singles play after she helped the Savage Storm defeat Henderson State, 7-0, to improve to 2-0 in league  play. She paired with Jou Chen Chen for a 6-4 victory at  No. 1 doubles. The duo moved to 14-0 as the Savage Storm’s No. 1 team. In singles play, she beat Kristina Kozlova, 6-2, 7-5, to raise her No. 1 record to 9-3.
