Enjoy four-course meal with celebrity chef 

POCOLA, Okla. (August 14, 2025)- Celebrity chef Antonia Lofaso is coming to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola for a restaurant takeover inside Seven Ponies on Oct. 24 and 25. 

A product of the renowned French Culinary Institute, Lofaso is the owner of Scopa – Italian Roots and partner in the Black Market Liquor Bar in Los Angeles. She’s a regular on Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen and CNBC’s Restaurant Startup, as well as appearing on Man vs. Child and the Real O’Neals. Lofaso is also the author of “The Busy Mom’s Cookbook: 100 Recipes for Quick, Delicious, Home-cooked Meals.”  

Lofaso will be hosting a four-course meal inside Seven Ponies Restaurant on Friday, Oct. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 25, with seatings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. each night. Tickets are $125 and can be purchased here. 

Lofaso will make appearances in the dining room throughout the evening, while also working with Choctaw’s chefs to prepare delicious dishes. The meal will start with roasted delicata squash, followed by fresh cavatelli with roasted mushrooms and pecorino breadcrumbs. The main course will be braised short rib and polenta, as well as grilled shrimp with Italian salsa verde. The meal will end with chocolate panna cotta with espresso crumble salted cream and mini cappuccino biscotti.  

She is the sixth chef to host a restaurant takeover at the Pocola resort, following Alex Guarnaschelli, Jet Tila, Rocco DiSpirito, Tiffani Faison and Maneet Chauhan.
