Roy Cusick

Funeral services for Roy Cusick, 75, of Spiro, Oklahoma, will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma, with Justin Jones officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Roy was born on February 3, 1950, to Lillian Lois (Wood) Cusick and Orvil Eugene Cusick and passed away on September 7, 2025, in Spiro, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Merl Gillion, Gerald Cusick, Jerry Gillion and wife Patricia, and James Cusick.

Roy enjoyed woodworking, metal work, and spending time outdoors fixing things or teaching others how to repair them. He loved family visits and cherished his friends, whom he considered family.

Survivors include his sister, Sharon Bennight and husband Orville; brothers, Sam Gillion and wife Vanna, and Stanley Cusick; along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Dixon, Justin Dixon, Joseph Saldana, and Mason Gillion. Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Cusick and Samuel Gillion.
