Enjoy a four-course meal with celebrity chef
POCOLA, Okla. (Jan. 5, 2026)- Chef Scott Conant is coming to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola for a restaurant takeover inside Seven Ponies on Valentine’s Day weekend.
Conant is a James Beard award-winning chef and TV personality, as well as the creator behind acclaimed restaurants The Americano (Atlanta, GA), Cellaio (Catskills, NY) and Leola in the Bahamas. He has been a staple of Food Network on shows such as Chopped for over 15 years and recently launched Martone Street, a premium Italian brand offering signature tomato sauces.
Conant will be hosting a four-course meal inside Seven Ponies Restaurant on Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14, with seatings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. each night. Tickets are $250 for a table of two and $500 for a table of four. They can be purchased here.
Conant will make appearances in the dining room throughout the evening, while also working with Choctaw’s chefs to prepare delicious dishes, including roasted beet salad, rustic macaroni di semolina, New York strip, poached black sea bass and chocolate budino.
He is the eighth chef to host a restaurant takeover at the Pocola resort following Alex Guarnaschelli, Jet Tila, Rocco DiSpirito, Tiffani Faison, Maneet Chauhan, Antonia Lofaso and Marcus Samuelsson.
