Ronald J. Nobles, 82, of Heavener, Oklahoma, passed away on January 14, 2026.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, Oklahoma, with Joe Hayden Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Reichert Cemetery in Reichert, Oklahoma, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
Ronald was born on November 25, 1943, in Summerfield, Oklahoma, to Walter Nobles and Beulah (Walden) Nobles. He was united in marriage to Brenda Nobles, and together they shared a life rooted in family, faith, and hard work.
Ronald had a deep love for the outdoors and the western way of life. He enjoyed horses, hunting, and fishing, and was an avid rancher who took great pride in his cattle and horses. He served for many years as President of the LeFlore County Farm Bureau and was very active in the LeFlore County Cattlemen’s Association. Known as a good neighbor, Ronald was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Beulah Nobles, and by his sister, Wythema Naylor.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Brenda Nobles of the home; daughters, Lacy Crabtree of Howe, Oklahoma, and Dayna Nobles of Waldron, Arkansas; son Lyndon J Nobles; granddaughters, Abigail Hale and Isla Nobles; brother, Jimmy Nobles of Wister, Oklahoma; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Lyndon Nobles, Randy Naylor, and Rodney Nobles.
