
Savor an Unforgettable Four-Course Culinary Adventure
POCOLA, Okla. (March 3, 2026) – Food Network Star Damaris Phillips is bringing her unique twist to southern comfort food to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola Seven Ponies Restaurant, Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28.
Guests can select a 5 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. seating time and secure a table for two at $250 or gather friends for a table of four at $500. Tickets are available for purchase here.
Phillips first captured the public’s attention as the winner of Food Network Star in 2013, and has hosted six different Food Network shows, including her current role on Outrageous Pumpkins. She is a regular cast member on shows like Summer Baking Championship, Beat Bobby Flay, and Guy’s Grocery Games. She is also co-host of the podcast, That’s Fun with Nikki Dinki, where she explores how to embrace joy, adventure and personal growth.
Phillips is finalizing her second cookbook, New Fashioned, which will explore southern cuisine with a modern twist.
Phillips will make appearances in the dining room throughout the evening, while also working with Choctaw’s chefs to prepare delicious dishes, including beaten biscuit panzanella salad, stewed butter bean gratin with fresh herbs, pork confit with apple cider glaze, and smoky grits crab cakes, and derby pie pots de crème for dessert.
She is the ninth chef to host a restaurant takeover at the Pocola resort, following Alex Guarnaschelli, Jet Tila, Rocco DiSpirito, Tiffani Faison, Maneet Chauhan, Antonia Lofaso, Marcus Samuelsson, and Scott Conant.
