Donald Albert Baker, Jr. of Howe, Oklahoma was born October 19, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland to Donald, Sr. and Jane (Blossom) Baker and passed away March 17, 2026 in Poteau, Oklahoma at the age of 72.

Michelle Lee Elaine Baker-Bertoli, Michael Albert Baker II, Logan Alexander Baker, Elizabeth Hope Baker-Donaldson and husband Jayden, Logan Michael Harris and wife Dawn, Remy-Jax Harris, and Xavier Gotham Harris

 

One great-granddaughter:

Stacy Rose Donaldson

Numerous family members and friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Albert, Sr. and Jane (Blossom) Baker; one son, Michael Albert Baker; and one sister, Brenda Jane Baker.

 

Donald held many job titles such as a minister, Risk Management for Native American Tribes, Insurance and Finance, and Reserve Police Officer in San Bernardino, California. He was a member of the Otterbein Methodist Church. Donald loved playing on his tractor, playing piano, and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, cousin, and friend. Donald will be deeply missed.
