Top Chef and Tournament of Champions winner coming to Seven Ponies
POCOLA, Okla. (March 31, 2026)- Celebrity chef Mei Lin is taking over Seven Ponies inside Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola this May!
Lin is the winner of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” and “Tournament of Champions IV.” She worked at acclaimed restaurants like Spago Las Vegas and Michael Voltaggio’s Ink., where she was recognized as one of Eater’s Young Guns. Later, Lin opened her own celebrated concept Nightshade in Los Angeles’ Arts District, which earned national recognition as one of GQ’s Best New Restaurants and a James Beard nomination.
Lin will be hosting a four-course dinner at Seven Ponies inside Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola on Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16, with seatings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. each day. Tickets are $250 for a table of two and $500 for a table of four and can be purchased here.
Lin will make appearances in the dining room throughout the night while working alongside Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola chefs to create her signature Chinese-American cuisine.
