Jackson Brian Willhite, 51, of Poteau, Oklahoma, passed away on April 16, 2026, in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Brian was born on October 27, 1974, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Carolyn Jean (Brown) Willhite and Tommy Willhite. He graduated from Cameron High School in 1993. Brian was united in marriage to the love of his life Laura Willhite on May 12, 1995, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and they shared over 30 years together.
Brian worked as a handyman for Millard Handyman Services. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and working on cars, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Jackson Brian Willhite Jr. and Jacob Ryan Willhite, and a niece Sharon Rena Gates.
He is survived by his parents, Tommy and Carolyn (Brown) Willhite; his loving wife, Laura Willhite; daughters, Jacqulynn Willhite (Dustin Hamman) and Alyssa (George McGuire); son, Levi Willhite (Carissa Ford); sisters, Barbara Albertson and Kellie Burdick and husband John; brother, Tommy Allen Willhite; grandmother, Shirley Hamilton; grandchildren, Braisen Willhite, Bryten Hamman, Wyatt Willhite, Camille McGuire, Rosalie McGuire, George Dante McGuire, and Chenoa Idarra; as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Brian was a loving father and husband who will dearly missed.
Memorial service, by family, for Jackson Brian Willhite will be held at a later date.
