David attended Pocola First Baptist. He loved music, gaming, drawing and star gazing.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Jeannie Simmons and father, Derwood Durham, grandfather, Leslie Wray which raised him and his grandmother, Mickey Lou Casey.
David is survived by his wife, Angela Durham of the home, his daughter, Melina Durham of the home, his stepmother, Linda Durham, two brothers, David Downs and Stephen Durham, three sisters, Cindy Baugh, Mariah Simmons and Stacy Hines along with his beloved dog, Riley Durham, numerous other relatives, loved ones and friends.
A Celebration of Life for David will be 2pm, Thursday, June 4, 2026, at The Cedars 520 Dewey Ave Poteau, Oklahoma 74953 with Herby Grizzle officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Clark, Thomas Marrazzo, Herby Grizzle, Robert Blackmon and Jason Nelson
