James Lockhart Thanks his Supporters

I made several new friends along the way. The people of Talihina, Whitesboro and Octavia have always been really good to me. All of my life I’ve rodeoed and hunted over there. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

There are a few memorable moments though-

I got chased by a few dogs. One big one almost got me….

I had a couple of people come to their door in their underwear while knocking doors.

The worst ass chewing I ever got in an election was from an older fellow. He wasn’t griping about politics though, he griped about a newspaper story I wrote several years ago.

I wish Jamie Oliver well. He’s our commissioner for the next four years.

We all need to pray for him. Romans 13 says he’s appointed by God.
