Patsy had a very competitive spirit and loved playing basketball. She enjoyed watching NASCAR and football and was a huge sports fan who never missed a chance to cheer on her favorite teams. Patsy was a proud member of the Choctaw Nation.
Patsy was preceded in death by her mom and parents Lester and Betty Earls, her siblings, Lee Earls, Bill Earls, Helen Earls, Evelyn Delene Drury and her granddaughter, Sierra Hornbuckle
She is survived by her daughters, Melissa Ferguson and husband James of Mena, Arkansas and Angie Fetters and husband Arturo Cazares of Poteau, Oklahoma; her sisters, Carolyn Cagle and husband Bob of Howe, Oklahoma and Linda Mattox of Monroe, Oklahoma; her six grandchildren, Roderick Hornbuckle, Kyra Hornbuckle, Kjara Cazares, Anahi Cazares, Zabrena Cazares and Laura Patricia Cazares, her special friend, Jimmy Meisencheimer along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
The Celebration of Life Services Patsy Walker will be at 1 pm, Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at The Cedars 520 Dewey Ave. Poteau, Oklahoma 74953 with Josh Drury and Sara Cagle officiating. Honorary Casket bearers will be Ed Drury, Tony Drury, Shawn Drury, Dusty Mattox, Arturo Cazares, Martin Casares, Juan Cazares, Angel Cazares, Sergio Cazares and Visitation with Family will be 5-7 pm, Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at The Cedars 520 Dewey Ave Poteau, Oklahoma.
