Joanna was born on January 28, 1958, in Spiro, Oklahoma, to Fern (Terry) Dees and Sanford Dees. She married Keith Bryant on February 13, 1974, in Keota, Oklahoma.
Joanna had a special love for gardening and her flowers. She truly had a green thumb and took great pride in caring for her plants, including keeping a house plant alive for over 40 years. She enjoyed collecting antiques and was known as a wonderful cook who brought comfort and joy to those around her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Norma Feldman, Naomi Dees, Zona Dees, and Tammy Bean; and brothers, Leslie Dees and Don Dees.
Survivors include her husband, Keith Bryant; daughter, Crystal Lara; son, Nicholas Bryant; five grandchildren; brothers, Steve Dees, Mike Dees, and David Dees; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Joanna will be remembered for her love of family, her caring heart, and the special touches she brought into the lives of those who knew and loved her.
