She was retired from First National Bank of Fort Smith, Arkansas after 30 years. She was a member of the First Baptist of Spiro, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Ann Nichols; her parents; her grandparents David Spence Ainsworth Sr. and Georgia Belle (McClain) Ainsworth; a sister Ona Bess (Ainsworth) Gould; a brother David Spence Ainsworth III of Bokoshe, Oklahoma; a niece Patricia Ann (Watson) Whitehead of Texarkana, Arkansas; and two nephews, John David Watson of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Steve Gould of Monroe, Oklahoma.
She is survived by one sister, Johnnie M. Harrison and husband Randy of Spiro, Oklahoma. Also, nieces and nephews: Joe Harrison and wife Jamie of Howe, Oklahoma; Harold Watson of Owasso, Oklahoma; Gary Whitehead of Texarkana, Arkansas; Susan Gully of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Sherie Smith and husband Mike of Bokoshe, Oklahoma; Bill Ainsworth of Bokoshe, Oklahoma; Jim Ainsworth and wife Mittie of Bokoshe, Oklahoma; Phyllis Watson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Sherry Gould of Monroe, Oklahoma. Great nieces and nephews: Jathen and Josten Harrison, Johnathan Gully, Jon Michael Watson, Justin Whitehead, Angela (Whitehead) Staples, Brent Ainsworth, Chloe Ainsworth, Spencer Ainsworth, Chad Cox, Nichol Wilkett, Jamie Anderson, Diedra Howerton, and Sarah Richelle. Also: Cathy Clopton of Huntington, Arkansas who she loved as a daughter.
