Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond
OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 14, 2026) – Attorney General Gentner Drummand’s Human Trafficking Response Unit, in conjunction with several law enforcement partners and Skull Games Solutions, arrested five individuals and recovered 15 potential victims during a trafficking bust last week at a Guthrie hotel.
The Guthrie Police Department arrested Carlos Rubio De Santiago, Kenneth Blevins, Victor Najera, Elwyn Patmon and Johnny Goforth on complaints of solicitation and violations of the Computer Crimes Act. The individuals who were recovered during the operation were offered victims’ services.
“We appreciate the collaboration of our law enforcement partners throughout Oklahoma to protect victims of human trafficking and to hold predators accountable to the law,” Drummond said. “Every training session and every operation bring us closer to driving human trafficking out of Oklahoma.”
Drummond’s office and Skull Games led an advanced human trafficking training session in Guthrie last week where four local law enforcement agencies participated. Agencies who joined the training and aided in the operation included the Guthrie Police Department, Jones Police Department, Logan County Sheriff’s Office and Payne County Sheriff’s Office.
