Oh, Hail – large size hail fell in the Monroe area on March 24, 2019.
The hail caused quite of bit of damage

After it was safe I went outside and picked up some of the hail stones that fell from this evenings storm, between golf ball, and baseball size hail, largest out here since we have lived here. These were falling, with 50 to 60 mph wind gusts. Damage to our vehicles, and will probably have to replace the windshield in our car. ~ Stephen Schneider
