WASHINGTON— Congressman Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) today announced the winners of the 2019 Congressional Art Competition in the Second District of Oklahoma.

Abbi Ray from Kinta High School took home “Best of Show” for her photograph and it will hang in the United States Capitol in Washington, DC for one year.

“We have so many talented artists in the Second Congressional District, and I’m amazed by the entries we receive for the art competition each year,” Mullin said. “All of these students have shown a deep commitment to their craft, and I couldn’t be more proud that they call the Second District home.”
