Poteau BalloonFest presents Checks To Boy Scout Troop #30 and Cub Scout Pack #453 for the help with cleaning and trash pickup for the 2021 Poteau Balloon Fest located at the LeFlore County Fairgrounds.
Both troops worked during the festival on ground cleanup and trash removal.
Poteau Balloon Fest is “Oklahoma’s Longest Running Balloon Festival” and will Celebrate 15 years in 2022.
This years attendance recorded a crowd of 17,000 With an event of this size the Chamber Staff could not do an event of this size without the large number of volunteers each year.
The Poteau Balloon Fest gives back monies raised each year to civic groups, school groups, athletic groups and organizaitons.
