Cat Cora
Iron Chef Cat Cora is hosting a restaurant takeover at Seven Ponies on Friday, Oct. 23, and Saturday, Oct. 24.
Cora, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America, became the first female Iron Chef in 2005. She cooked at two 3-star Michelin restaurants in France, has been featured on TV since 1999 and became the first female to be inducted into the American Academy of Chefs Culinary Hall of Fame. She has opened 18 restaurants, wrote four cookbooks and founded Chefs for Humanity, a nonprofit aimed at reducing hunger worldwide.
Los Socios del Ritmo
Iconic Mexican band Los Socios del Ritmo is coming to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola on Saturday, Nov. 14.
Los Socios del Ritmo was formed in 1962 and helped shape the sound of cumbia and tropical music. They’re known for hits like “Llorar” and “Amor de Internet,” and their energetic live performances.
Los Socios del Ritmo will perform at CenterStage on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 9 p.m. with doors opening at 8 p.m. Tickets are $58 and can be purchased here.
Chris Janson
Country musician Chris Janson will be at CenterStage on Saturday, Nov. 21.
Janson, a Grand Ole Opry member, is known for chart-topping hits like “Buy Me a Boat,” “Good Vibes,” “Fix a Drink,” and “Done.” He released his latest album, “Wild Horses,” in 2025 and most recently released a new single, “Don’t Tell My Wife.”
Janson will take the stage at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola on Saturday, Nov. 21, at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $53 and can be purchased here.
Kevin Lee and Nini Nguyen
Celebrity chefs Kevin Lee and Nini Nguyen are taking over Seven Ponies inside Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola on Friday, Dec. 4 and Saturday, Dec. 5.
Lee is a James Beard nominated chef from Oklahoma who’s competed on Food Network’s “Tournament of Champions,” “Beat Bobby Flay,” “Guy’s Grocery Games” and more. He’s known for his Korean American cuisine and vibrant flavors. He is also the owner of Birdies in Oklahoma City.
Nguyen is a chef and cookbook author from New Orleans who’s competed on Food Network’s “Tournament of Champions,” “Guy’s Grocery Games” and “Bobby’s Triple Threat.” Her cooking speaks to her Vietnamese heritage and Louisiana upbringing, creating a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Lee and Nguyen will be hosting a multi-course meal inside Seven Ponies Restaurant on Friday, Dec. 4 and Saturday, Dec. 5, with seatings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. each night. Tickets are $250 for a table of two and $500 for a table of four. They can be purchased here.
Becky Robinson’s Holiday Spectacular
Comedian Becky Robinson is bringing her festive holiday show to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola on Saturday, Dec. 26.
Robinson is a comedian, writer, actor and voice-over star who gained popularity portraying the “Entitled Housewife” and a golf character in two virtual comedy variety specials she self-produced. Her skits helped her rise to social media stardom and cross over from the phone screen to the stage.
Robinson will perform her holiday spectacular at CenterStage on Saturday, Dec. 26, at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $42 and can be purchased here.
