This taco casserole with ground beef and tortilla chips is easy to make and very tasty. It was the most highly reviewed taco casserole recipe of 2024 according to AllRecipes.com. I have made it a few times and found that it is easy to customize for our family’s preferences (including swapping shredded chicken for the beef, using low-fat dairy products, varying different chip flavors, adding a can corn, adding a can of Ro-Tel (drained), adding a packet of taco seasoning to the beef, and using different kinds of beans) and it’s still delicious! Serve this casserole with chips, salsa, and green salad.
