Chauhan is a longtime judge of Food Network’s “Chopped,” as well as the first-ever two-time winner of Guy Fieri’s “Tournament of Champions,” scoring wins in 2019 and 2024. After years working in India’s finest hotels and New York and Chicago’s top restaurants, Chauhan went on to co-found Morph Hospitality Group and open two restaurants in Nashville – Chauhan Ale & Masala House and The Mockingbird – as well as a restaurant in Orlando, Florida, eet by Maneet Chauhan.
Chauhan is the author of two cookbooks, the latest being 2020’s “Chaat.” Guests who attend Chauhan’s restaurant takeover will all receive an autographed copy of one of her books.
Chauhan will be hosting a four-course meal at Tuklo Grill where she’ll work alongside Choctaw Landing chefs to create delicious dishes, while also making appearances in the dining room. There will be two seatings on Friday, June 12 and one seating Saturday, June 13. Tickets are $160 per person and can be purchased here.
