The Friday Breakfast and lunch menu at Carl Albert State College is:

Breakfast - Scramble Eggs, Hash browns, Bacon, Biscuits & Gravy, waffles, French toast and fruits
Lunch - Salad Bar, Pizza, Fried fish, baked fish, Fried potatoes Beans, Cornbread, Turnip greens, Baked Potatoes.

Breakfast- served from 7am – 9:30 am
Lunch served from 11am – 1:30pm

No Dinner served on Friday evening.

All meals include a drink and dessert.
