Ketchup Popsicles
I can hear you groaning but encourage you to try these anyway. These are not your kids’ popsicles. Add a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning blend when ready to eat.
3 1/4 cups tomato juice (try mixed juice like V-8)
1/2 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
PREPARATION
WHISK tomato juice, ketchup and hot sauce in large pitcher or measuring cup until well blended.
POUR mixture into popsicle molds of your desired shape and size. Freeze at least 8 hours or until solid. Serve frozen.
