FAYETTEVILLE/FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS, (July 18, 2022) – Meridith Mulkey joins KHBS/KHOG-TV, the home of 40/29 News, Hog Wild Sports and Friday Frenzy, as Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Meridith has spent the past two years at WTVY in Dothan, Alabama.  At WTVY, Meridith anchored sports during the week, in addition to turning sports reports as a Multi-Media Journalist. She’s very familiar with the Southeastern Conference (SEC), having covered University of Arkansas rivals Alabama and Auburn.

“Meridith’s SEC Conference knowledge will be a terrific asset to our news and sports teams,” said 40/29 News Director, Colleen Clement. “I know Meridith will provide excellent coverage of the Razorbacks and our diverse sports market.” 

Meridith will begin her on-air, digital and social media sports anchoring and reporting duties in late July.
