OKLAHOMA CITY, March 4 2025 — In a beautiful coming together of past, present, and pink, The Girlie Show, in partnership with Arts Council Oklahoma City, is scheduled for November 14 and 15, 2025. For 10 glitter-filled years, The Girlie Show was the ultimate party, rock, and power-shopping experience.

“Bringing back The Girlie Show feels like running into an old friend. We never expected it to happen, but it just feels good – and has been a reminder of every reason we loved it in the first place. The timing came along at a moment that hits in all the right places, and we hope with this new partnership, it is reborn as a perfect mix of all the original goodness and a new flavor all its own,” said Girlie Show founders Dawn Harth, Marilyn Artus, and Erin Merryweather.

The Girlie Show is a fierce art show and party featuring all female and female-identifying makers and creators. Applications are now open online through May 31, and jurors will select 40 female and female-identifying artists to showcase their art during the two-day event. Think fine art meets craft bazaar – fashion, paintings, photography, jewelry, home décor, and random oddities. Application Link:  www.thegirlieshowokc.com

From 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday night will be a 21-and-over event featuring some of OKC’s most fantastic female performers. The Friday night party will feature a DJ, live band, dance performances, and interactive art experiences. Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. will be all-ages, with female singer-songwriters gracing the stage. Revenue from the event will benefit Arts Council Oklahoma City’s Arts in Schools programs.

“The Girlie Show was one of my favorite art events,” said Angela Cozby, Executive Director of Arts Council Oklahoma City. “It was a true celebration of art and all things female that everyone in the community loved attending. Working with the original Girlies to bring this show to a new audience while honoring what made it so fabulous for over 10 years is a personal and professional dream.”
