Funeral services for Aaron Jones, 45, of Spiro, Oklahoma, will be held at 11:00am on Friday, October 17, 2025 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma, with Reverend Tashala Devrow officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Coffee Cemetery in Fort Coffee, Oklahoma, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma. Viewing and visitation will be held Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the family greeting friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Aaron was born on March 28, 1980, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to Gilbertha (Jones) Chandler and William B. Phillips and passed away on October 12, 2025, in Spiro, Oklahoma.

Aaron was the life of the party, always ready with a joke and a smile. He loved to barbeque and was known as “Mr. Fix-It” — a true handyman who could repair just about anything. His energy, laughter, and helpful spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gilbertha Chandler; and sisters, Denise Jones, Crystal Jones, and Eugene Jones.

Survivors include his sons, Teriean Jones and Ja’Shawn Jones, Deonte Reed; daughter, Miracle Jones; grandson, Trae’Vin Jones; sisters, Tamika Jones, Natasha Chandler, and Devola Machelle Barton and husband Michael; father, William B. Phillips; the mother of his children; Ashiya Cobb; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Brian Mumphrey, Ta’Vion Walker, Tevin Jones, Adrian Mumphrey, Ronnie Steele, and David Pouncile.
