Funeral services for Aaron Matthew Wells, Sr., 58 of Spiro, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Lighthouse at The Crossroads in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Howard Jeffery, , ,  officiating. Burial will follow at Spiro City Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, Oklahoma.

Wake Service Monday June 30, 2025 at 6pm at the church. .

He was born on April 11, 1967 in Joplin, Missouri to Lucille (Lovell) Wells and Nelson Wells and passed away on June 25, 2025 in Spiro, Oklahoma.  He was married to Mary (Harrison) Wells on May 15, 1989 in Miami, Oklahoma. . He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Lucille Wells, two nieces Tenny Mullen, and Faith Mullen.  He enjoyed hunting all over the world. He collected sport memorabilia and was the original number one Kansas City Chiefs fan, before it was cool to be. He loved his family and adored being a grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Grace Wells; daughter, Margaret Yvonne Cooper and

husband Anthony; sons, Aaron Matthew Wells, Jr. and wife Imagine, James Rocky Wells and wife Kaitlynn; grandchildren, Anthony Cooper, Jr. Patrick Cooper,” King” Aaron Matthew Wells, III, Mary Imagine Cooper, and grand baby number six on the way; brother, James Wells and wife, Renee; sisters, Heather Worley, and husband , Dan, Mary Young and husband, Andy; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.
