Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Dale Thompson; her parents, B.T. “Boss” and Vada (Wise) Sullivan; her brother, Donald J. Sullivan; and her sister, Sybil Sullivan Wagner.
Our MeMe was a tiny firecracker with a heart as big as the world itself. Full of energy and a love for adventure, she never turned down the opportunity to travel, always eager to explore new places and make memories. Her playful spirit was contagious, whether she was trying her luck at the slot machines or laughing at her favorite Hangover movie quotes.
Above all, MeMe’s greatest joy was being with her family. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, always ready to share a laugh, a story, or a hug. When she wasn’t spoiling her loved ones, you’d find her lost in a good book or diligently working through crossword puzzles, her mind as sharp as ever.
But perhaps the most special part of her life was her love for live Elvis impersonator shows. MeMe could never get enough of the King’s music, and every performance was an event she looked forward to.
Her zest for life, her boundless love, and her infectious laugh will be missed, but the memories she left behind will continue to warm our hearts forever.
