Beulah Carpenter – Robinson was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. During her incredible 84 years of life.
She passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on November 11, 2025.
Beulah had a long full life, she was born on September 15, 1941, at Cold Creek in Summerfield, Oklahoma to her loving parents, Walker and Mary Herrington. She was married to Richard Carpenter and together they had three amazing children, Marilyn, Donald and Kevin Carpenter.
Beulah loved to fish, hunt and garden, she also loved chicken so much she started collecting them from everywhere. Those are just the small things she loved but her biggest love and accomplishments were her family she loved being a mother, wife and sister but her heart lit up with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She would always say this is life’s greatest blessing. She was a best friend, sister, daughter, mom, memaw, meme and aunt. She had every title and wore them proudly. There will never be enough words to describe this beautiful woman’s soul and strength. If you knew her you would know and to know her was to be loved by her unconditionally.
Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, Walker and Mary Herrington, her previous husbands, Richard Carpenter and AD Robinson, her son, Donald Carpenter, two sisters, Betty and Sharon Herrington, two brothers, Jimmy and Junior Herrington and a great grandson, Brantley Pearson.
Beulah is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Carpenter of Summerfield, Oklahoma and her life partner Faron Lloyd, her son, Kevin Carpenter and his life partner, Carla Dixon of Summerfield, Oklahoma, one brother, William James Herrington and wife Sharon of Heavener, Oklahoma and two sisters, Marylou Odom of Summerfield, Oklahoma and Darlene Bewley and husband, Bill of Poteau, Oklahoma, three grandchildren, Kaylie Pearson of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Dalton Carpenter and wife, Kaitlan of Summerfield, Oklahoma and Ty Carpenter and wife Kelsey of Summerfield, Oklahoma, three great grandchildren, numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Celebration of Life Graveside Services for Beulah will be held 2pm – Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the Summerfield Cemetery Pavillion in Summerfield Cemetery with Brother Sam Dyer officiating and burial to follow in the Carpenter Family Plots. The Family of Beulah Carpenter Robinson will greet friends from 6pm – 8pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at The Cedars on Dewey 520 Dewey Ave Poteau, Oklahoma. Honorary Casket bearers will be Faron Lloyd and Karsen Killingsworth.
