Billie “Binki” Rice of Spiro, Oklahoma was born February 23, 1965 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Bill and Helen (Croswell) Morton and passed away June 8, 2018 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 53.
She is survived by her husband Tim Rice of the home, one daughter, Samantha Moses and husband Wayne of Arkoma, two sons, Jeremy Lovell and wife Casey of Greenwood, Shay Lawson of Barling, 4 grandchildren, Keaton, McKinzee, Ryleigh, and Kennedi, her mother Helen Morton, two sisters, Teresa Shook and husband Frank and Pam Abernathy, and many other family and friends.
Billie is preceded in death by her father Bill Morton. She was a member of the Spiro Church of Christ and loved her family and friends dearly.
Funeral services will be held 10 am Tuesday, June 12th at the Spiro Church of Christ with Mr. Gary James officiating with burial to follow in the New Hope Cemetery the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro.
Viewing will be 9am-7pm Monday with family and friends visitation being held from 5pm-7pm Monday.

Pallbearers will be Edward Abernathy, Jeff Abernathy, Bruce Greening, Jeff Farmer, Gordon Livermore, and Michael Livermore. Honorary pallbearers will be Sam Real and Wayne Morton.
