Birdie Lou Hudlow, 82, of Shady Point, OK, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021 in Shady Point, Oklahoma.

She was born September 14, 1938, at Summerfield, OK, to Joseph Andrew and Mary Elizabeth (Butler) Yandell.

She was a homemaker she loved her flower gardens and watching her chickens

Birdie is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Larry Jr. Hudlow, four brothers, Raymond Yandell, Chester Yandell, Carl Yandell and Albert “Bill” Yandell, two sisters, Lilly Yandell and Virgie Yandell, two sons, Jackie Meeks, Gary Meeks, father of kids Estel Meeks.

Survivors include her sons, Floyd “Sockey” Meeks of Shady Point, OK and Larry “Jody” and wife Cassy Hudlow of Leflore, OK, daughters, Janice and husband Ronny Owens of Bengal, OK,Tracy and Charlie Siler of Bengal, OK, Stacy and Bill Reddin of LeFlore, OK, Shelly and Steve Caldwell of Wister, OK and Maria and Jason Woodall of Wister, OK, a brother Bud Jo Yandell, 26 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchild , as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members, friends, and loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Dakota Hudlow, Jackie Meeks, Chris Caldwell, Caston Hudlow, Charlie Siler, Larry Siler.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Leflore Cemetery, LeFlore, OK with Rev. officiating. Services are under the direction of Grace Funeral Service, Poteau, OK.
