Cecil William Woolery, 90, of Wister, Oklahoma, passed away on June 18, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on January 21, 1935, to Ruby Willie (Roland) Woolery and James Woolery.
Cecil proudly served in the United States Army and later worked for Continental Airlines until his retirement. He was known for his love of fishing and his passion for working on motors, always eager to lend a hand or share a story.
He was preceded in death by his son, Keith Woolery; his brothers, Clyde Woolery and Truman Woolery; and his sisters, Jackie Steel and Iva Moody.
Cecil is survived by his beloved wife, Tammy Woolery; his son, Wayne Woolery; his grandchildren, James Woolery and Tiffany Woolery; and his great-grandchildren, Beau Getz, Jackson Richardson, and Emma Richardson. He is also survived by his sister, Shirley Holder, and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Cecil will be remembered for his strength, kindness, and the love he had for his family.
