Charles Thomas “Tommy” Diedrich of Heavener, Oklahoma was born July 19, 1956 in Heavener, Oklahoma to Charles and Verda (Thomas) Diedrich and passed away February 12, 2018 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 61.

Kaycee Morrison and husband Niki of Heavener, Oklahoma

Two sons:
Shawn McDonald and wife Tonya of Hodgen. Oklahoma
Jesse Bowen and wife Suzy of Aberdeen, South Dakota

His father:
Charles Diedrich of Heavener, Oklahoma

One sister:
Lenora Jordan of Heavener, Oklahoma

One brother:
Horald Diedrich and wife Tammy of Summerfield, Oklahoma

Eight grandchildren:
Tyler Bowen, Aaron Bowen, Jessica McDonald, Taylor Strother, David McDonald, Gabriel McAfee, Baylee Morrison, and Kari Morrison

Numerous other loved ones and a host of friends


He was preceded in death by his mother, Verda (Thomas) Diedrich and one daughter, Kari Diedrich.


Tommy was a life-long resident of the area and a Supervisor for Tyson Foods.


He was a 1974 graduate of Heavener High School and an active member of the Forrester Baptist Church.


Tommy also worked in construction as an Electrical Lineman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Tommy will be deeply missed by many. He was a loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, grandfather, and friend.


Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Reverend Mike Steelman officiating.


Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park in Heavener, Oklahoma under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.


Pallbearers will be: Jasper Rabourn, Richard Welch, Jimmy Stallings, Mike Andrews, Roy Nix, and Mike Shubert.


Viewing will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., Tuesday; 8:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday; and 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., Thursday.
