Curtis Dale Mize of Heavener, Oklahoma was born March 21, 1969 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Thomas and Sharon (Brown) Mize and passed away November 22, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 51.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Sharon Mize.
Curtis was a long-time resident of the area and a truck driver. He loved 18-wheelers, his dogs, fishing, and camping. Curtis also loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend.
No services are scheduled at this time.
