Danny Jackson, 74 of Clayton, Oklahoma passed away on August 19, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on January 1, 1949 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Oleta Jackson ( Ross ) and S.L. Jackson. Danny was married to Michael Fay Jackson on August 24, 1970 in Reno, Nevada. He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Danny Leon Jackson Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Michael Fay Jackson; son, Walter and wife Christina Jackson of Clayton, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Cassie and Austin Dunn of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma, Anthony and Ashley Jackson of Poteau, Oklahoma, Jaden and Faith Jackson of Clayton, Oklahoma, Blake Jackson and Shay Gould of Clayton, Oklahoma; great grandchildren, Silver and Atlas Dunn of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma, Emma Jackson of El Reno, Oklahoma, Creeklyn Jackson of Clayton, Oklahoma, Laramie and Laken Hill of Wilburton, Oklahoma, Kyah Jackson of Poteau, Oklahoma, Bryley and Brayson Huckaby of Cameron, Oklahoma.
Cremation is under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, Oklahoma.
