David Lee Griffith passed away on May 17, 2021 in Ft. Smith Arkansas at the sage of 56. David was born December 3, 1964 in Delano California to Burl & Vicky Griffith.


David was the baby of 4 other siblings. He attended Earlimart Elementary & Jr. High school and attended Delano High School in California. David grew up in the Delano & Earlimart area until in moved to Spiro, OK to be closer to his mom & dad.


David is survived by his mother, Vicky Griffith; a son, Christopher Leeallen Griffith & his wife Teri from Crescent City, California; 2 granddaughters; Christopher’s mother, Debbie Reynolds; siblings, Leanna Adams & spouse Doyle Adams, of Midland, TX; Peggy Brescione & husband Richard Brescione of Coarsegold, CA.; Burl Allen Griffith of Longview, TX; Dennis Wayne Griffith of Spiro, OK; very special cousins, Stevie Sinclair, Christy Raper Darcey Stoeff; many nieces & nephews. He would want to mention his very close friends who stood by him through good times & hard time; KJ Ruiz & David Martiin & his wife Sharel.


David was preceded in death by his father, Burl O. Griffith; a brother, Charles Ray Griffith; his wife, Wamona {Pebbles} Griffith, who passed away in 2005; and Grandparents, Virgil & Leola Sinclair and Guthrie & Edna Griffith.


There are no planned Funeral arrangements at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, OK if you wish to send condolences. A ceremony of life will be held in California at the Tipton- Pixley Cemetery in August. Dates are pending, but we will let family and friends know.
