Deborah was born to Lois Kelsey and William Kelsey, she was preceded in death by her parents whom she loved dearly.
She is survived by her loving children, Andy Nance and his wife, Anna Nance, and her daughter, April Nance. Deborah was a proud grandmother to Alexa Nance and Ava Nance, and a cherished great-grandmother to Kaiden Stallard and Greyson Stallard. She is also survived by her sisters, Brenda Clarbal and Jenine Soberano, and her brother, Steve Kelsey.
Deborah loved the simple joys of life. She enjoyed spending time with her dogs and cats, being outdoors, and especially loved visiting the lake and swimming. She found peace and happiness in nature and treasured time spent near the water.
One of Deborah’s deepest connections was to Waimea Bay, where she grew up and made many cherished memories. In honor of her wishes, her family will spread her ashes there, returning her to a place she always held close to her heart
Deborah will be remembered for her love of family, her caring spirit, and the warmth she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
