Delbert “Dub” Eugene Turner, Jr. of Jonesboro, Arkansas was born November 9, 1944 in Paragould, Arkansas to Delbert Eugene, Sr. and Ellen Ophelia (Sullens) Turner and passed away June 6, 2021 in Wister, Oklahoma at the age of 76.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert Eugene, Sr. and Ellen Ophelia Turner; and a great-granddaughter, Haven Fields.
Dub was self-employed. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Dub was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be missed greatly by all whom loved and knew him.
Memorial Service will be 2 p.m., Friday, June 11, 2021 at Emerson Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
