Denise was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Nita Vaughn, her brother Dennis Donaho, and her nephew Jeremy Akers.
Denise is survived by her daughter Nikki Perry and husband John, her grandchildren Haven Perry, Dawson Perry, Burke Perry, and Brady Perry, her brothers Duane Donaho and Don Donaho, her sister Jerri Pennington, her dog Smokey, her grand dog Junior Perry, and her very special friends Patt Patterson and Cindy Gilliam, along with many other relatives and friends.

The Celebration of Life Services for Denise will be held 2pm – Thursday, October 29, 2026, at Church of God Seventh Day 606 Ryan Street in Wister, Oklahoma with Pastor Lamar Ford officiating and burial to follow at Ellis Chapel Cemetery in Wister, Oklahoma.
The Family of Denise Donaho will greet friends from 5pm – 7pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at The Cedars on Dewey 520 Dewey Ave Poteau, Oklahoma.
Casket bearers will be Dawson Perry, Burke Perry, Brady Perry, John Perry, Jake Donaho, Eric Donaho, Jason Donaho, Zach Akers, Treaver Pennington, and Michael Donaho.
