He was married to Barbara Lou (Masterson) Smith on February 7, 1957 in Spiro, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Don Smith; sister, Carolyn Smith; brother, Dennis Smith, and parents Vernon and Lena Smith. Donald was of the Assembly of God Faith. He was a truck driver for over 40 years and enjoyed watching westerns, playing dominos and wahoo.Survivors include his wife, Barbara Lou Smith; daughters, Shelia Paul and husband Michael, Kim Bradshaw and husband Jimmy; sisters, Linda Jackson and husband Raymond, Peggy Spradley and husband Randy; brothers, Wayne Smith and wife Sharon, Keith Smith, grandchildren, Lear Don Paul and wife Deanne, Kandy Hesson and husband Tee, Shawn Smith and wife Kim, Shannon Smith, Chad Mathis and wife Leann, Keely Jones and husband Michael, Amber Thompson and husband Shane, Jessica Bradshaw; great grandchildren, Shay, Chase, Dylan, Kaeli, Tobi, Sydnee, Payton, Willow, Serenity, Grayson, Gracie, Dylanger, Laken, Jackson, Kaylyn, Rylea, Sawyer, Beckett, Kinley, Kambree, Kayven, Aubree, Ashley, Carl, Kendra; great great grandchildren, Dani, Raylee, Elijah, Anistyn, Kamryn, Tucker, Tracen, numerous other relatives and loved ones.Private family funeral services will be held at a later date.
