Funeral service for Floydene Carol Rowland, 80 of Spiro, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 am on January 20, 2020 at Victory Worship Center in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverends Travis Palmer and Bryan Fouts officiating. Burial will follow at Spiro City Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.
She was born on March 12, 1939 to Thomas and Ruth (Wilkinson) Pritchard and passed away on January 16, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Odell Rowland on February 3, 1967 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband, Odell Rowland; two daughters, Kelly Thomas and Lonnie Kastner, Jeanette Brand and husband Kenny; two sons, Jack Holderby and Renee Hunt, Robert Rowland, and Norma Burns; five sisters, Judy Paul, Dolly Savage, Sally Wiles, Nancy Dill and husband Larry, Cathy Lovell and husband Jack; one brother, Eddie Pritchard and wife Joan; sister-in-law Mickey Pritchard; sister-in-law, Vickie Anderson and husband Raymond; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.
Floydene was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Ruth Pritchard; step-daughter, Twania Oliver; sister, Helen Moore; brother, Buddy Pritchard; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Juanita Rowland; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Melba and David McKinney; two brothers-in-law, Richard Paul and Glen Wiles; a niece, Janna Kilpatrick. She loved camping and retired from Rheem after working there 35 years.
Pallbearers will be Brent Holderby, Clint Holderby, Clay Holderby, Kirbe Brand, and Kyle Brand. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Ward, Mike McKinney, and Cody Anderson.
Viewing will be 12pm -4 pm Sunday with the family visiting with friends from 2pm – 4pm.
