Funeral Service for Frances Myers, 77 of Spiro, Oklahoma will be at 11:00am on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Bryan Fouts officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.
She was born on May 28, 1944 in Spiro, Oklahoma to Wilma Juanita (Blevins) Schrimsher and Howard Schrimsher and passed away on December 15, 2021 in Spiro, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Juanita Schrimsher; sisters, Barbara Carlile, Debbie Lample; brother, Howard Eugene Schrimsher, great grandson; Jacob Bradley Hall, and son-in-law, Rick Nelson. Frances was a member of Victory Worship Center. She loved working in her yard, doing puzzle books and just being at home.
Survivors include her daughters, Laura Nelson of Keota, Oklahoma, LaDonna Hall of the home; sons, Stephen Myers and wife Melinda of Spiro, Oklahoma, Buford Myers and wife Christy of Fort Smith, Arkansas; sisters, Melba Davidson, Alice Fisk, Berneice Rhodes, Sissy Whitman and husband Bill, Ruth Slankard and husband John, Mildred Wilson, Nina Goins and husband Duane; brother, Lewis Schrimsher; grandchildren, Amanda Guthrie, Brandon Hall, Curtis Hall, Zachary Myers, Conner Myers, Hunter Myers, Sean Donohue; great grandchildren, Nicholas, Ethan, Emily, Brendyn, and Ambyrss Guthrie, Kayden Hall, Isabelle Hall, Kamden Donohue, numerous other relatives and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Howard, Terry Ridenour, Christopher Goins, Travis Goins, David Williams, and Nicholas Guthrie. Honorary Pallbearers will be Darin, Ethan, and Brendyn Guthrie, Brandon Hall, Curtis Hall, Sean Donohue, Hunter Myers, Conner Myers, and Duane Williams.
Viewing will be Friday, December 17, 2021 from 11:00am- 7:00pm with the family greeting friends from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at the funeral home.
