Funeral Service for Herbert Cooper, 55 of Spiro, Oklahoma were held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Howard Jeffery officiating.
The wake service was held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forrest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.
He was born on May 11, 1966 in Nevada, Missouri to Emma (Winston) Cooper and Jackie Cooper and passed away on December 16, 2021 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was married to Howard Denine (Harrison) Cooper on July 23, 1984 in Miami, Oklahoma. Herbert was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Cooper and daughter, Celia Cooper.
Survivors include his wife, Denine Cooper; sons, Jesse Cooper, Ronnie Cooper and wife Hope, Johnny Cooper and wife Ethel; grandchildren, Vencen, Johnny “Tater”, Remington Jesse, Trinity; sisters, Carolyn Ward and husband Louie, Cindy Stanley and husband Brian, Stacey Cooper and husband Robbie, Candice Ward and husband Michael, Jackie Jeffery and husband Jack; brother, Harry Joe Cooper and wife Debbie; father, Jackie Cooper, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Clayton Harrison, Jackie Cooper, Christopher Ward, Gary Cooper, Jr., Danny Gray, Sullivan Cooper, Little Joe Cooper, and Brian Stanley.
