Herbert Victor Neve, Jr. was born on February 29, 1936 in Des Moines, Iowa to Wilma (Weesner) White and Herbert Victor Neve, Sr. and passed away on May 13, 2020 in Spiro, Oklahoma. He was married to Norma Jean (Moreton) Neve on June 27, 1958 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Vic was preceded in death by his father; Herbert Neve, Sr., mother; Wilma White, sister; Dorthy Holder, and brother; Jim White. Victor was ordained in 1964 and pastored many churches in Eastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas for over 55 years and truly loved his church families. He was a sports enthusiast loving all sports. Victor loved his family dearly but Norma was truly the love of his life.
Survivors include his wife, of 62 years, Norma Neve, daughters; Vickie Cox and husband David, Susan Mackey and husband Tim, son; Ron Neve and wife Beverly, grandchildren; Rebecca Henson, Amanda Byrd, Andrew Mackey, Felicia Cox, Andrew Maimer, James Cohee, Sean Cox, Taylor Holbrook, eight great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, sisters; Margaret Winebrenner, Pam Cervi, Phyllis Culver, Carroll White, brother; Tom White, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.
Family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Cremation are under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.
