Funeral services for Jack Wayne Jeffrey, Jr., 55, of Spiro, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Lighthouse at the Crossroads Church in Spiro, Oklahoma, with Reverend Howard Jeffery officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.

A Wake Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the church.

Jack Wayne Jeffrey was born on June 19, 1970, in Shelbyville, Indiana to Millie (Cooper) Jeffrey and Jack Wayne Jeffrey, Sr. He passed away on December 15, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jack Wayne had a deep love for football and was absolutely devoted to the New England Patriots, while also being a proud Oklahoma Sooners fan. He enjoyed fishing and flying his airplane, and he was always working—tinkering with or fixing something. Jack Wayne was known for his strong work ethic and hands-on nature, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Molly Jeffrey of the home; sons, Justin Wayne Jeffrey and wife Christian, Jacob Andrew Jeffrey, Jordan Levi Jack Jeffrey, Kingston Bennie John Jeffrey, and Jack Wayne Jeffrey III; daughter, Jacklyn Mariah Holt and husband Chad; grandchildren, Justin Joshua Jeffrey, Nehemiah Jeffrey, Benjamin Jeffrey, and Lincoln Jeffrey; brothers, Levi Jeffrey and Walter Jeffrey; sister, Elizabeth Jeffrey; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Zachary Jeffrey, Barney Harrison, Harry Mickey Cooper, Mickey Jack Cooper, Alfred Worton, Walter Cooper, and Henry Cooper.
