Janet Gay Qualls, 77, of Shady Point, OK passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 in Ft. Smith, AR. Janet was born November 7, 1942 in Bartlesville, OK to Vernon & Mary (Hanley) Remington who preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son & daughter in law, Vernon & Mary Qualls of Wister, OK; sister, Sylvia Remington of Batlesville, OK; grandchildren, Candice James, Ashley & husband Jeff Stacy; great grandchildren, Caleb, Caitlyn, Joshua and Georgia; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 2 pm,, Wednesday, January 22, 2020 graveside at Shady Point Cemetery with Phil McGehee officiating. Interment will follow.
