In Loving Memory of Jerry Nowack ~ (04/09/1948 – 02/07/2025

With heavy hearts yet deep gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of Jerry Nowack, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and servant of God, who went home to be with the Lord on February 7, 2025. His unwavering faith and boundless love touched the lives of so many, leaving behind a legacy of hope, kindness, and unwavering devotion to both his family and his ministry.

For decades, Jerry dedicated his life to spreading the Gospel, not just through words but through his actions—lifting the weary, comforting the brokenhearted, and bringing light where darkness threatened to take hold. As a pastor, he carried the burdens of others with an open heart, always reminding his congregation that love and grace could heal even the deepest wounds. His sermons weren’t just teachings; they were lifelines for those searching for hope.

Beyond the pulpit, he was the foundation of his family—a devoted husband to Joann whom he cherished with every beat of his heart, a guiding hand to his sons Jared & Josh, and a doting grandfather to his beloved granddaughters Sydney and Willa. His love for them was fierce and unwavering, filled with gentle wisdom, laughter, and the kind of warmth that made home a place of safety and joy. Whether through a reassuring hug, a heartfelt prayer, or simply sitting together in quiet understanding, he made sure his family always knew they were deeply loved.

To know him was to witness what it truly meant to live with purpose. He found joy in the simplest moments—holding his wife’s hand, playing with his granddaughters, sharing a meal with his sons, or offering a listening ear to anyone who needed it. Even in his final days, his faith never wavered, and his love never diminished.

Though our hearts ache in his absence, we find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, welcomed into eternity with the words, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” His love and wisdom will continue to live on in those he touched, a testament to a life spent in service, faith, and devotion.

Rest well, Jerry. Your work here is done, but your love will never fade.
